Oh i am sorry youa re without your things... I love Kinokuniya, I have one in San Jose near where we live. I go when i am deopressed and treat myself to a magazine I can't read. My best friend is Japanese and lives in Tokyo, so its fun to trade american magazines and craft books with her in exchange for Japanese ones! I have got to start making the crafty things I see in those mags, rather then being scared of not understanding everything.

When The Apprentice first showed over here I could never concentrate on the potential apprentices because I was forever gawping at that hair, I'd never seen so many long lingering shots of it before.

It's fascinating in an old fashioned sideshow kind of a way - like discovering an extinct animal living on someone's head!

i have complete sympathy for you living without your supplies and sewing space, it sucks, but it will be like all your christmasses at once when you finally get to have it all again.

i most miss my music, all trapped in my home computer awaiting rescue so i can start sending compilations to YOU. hugs and kisses to my fave cat cuddler. i'm pet sitting in 3 homes just now including the one with the Bali (cat) and Mo (kitten) so I'll cuddle them for you too. xox
